Dunn’s River Falls
These spectacular falls, hugged by a canopy of rainforest, are Jamaica’s most visited attraction. Despite being highly commercialized and often crowded’ climbing and wading your way up through the clear waters that tumble 183m (600ft) down the mountainside in majestic tiers, is still one of the most memorable experiences in Jamaica. Sure-footed guides are on hand to lead the way and if you wear sneakers or the jelly shoes available to hire. You’ll find a craft market and food stalls at the end of the climb and pleasant sandy beach at the base of the falls.
